Any calendar that speaks CalDAV or exposes a standard sync API. Lattice reads busy blocks only — it never stores the contents of an event you did not book through it.

Yes. A collective page requires everyone to be free; a round-robin page hands the slot to whoever has the earliest opening. Both live on the Team plan.

The invitee picks a new slot from the same link. Lattice updates the event, moves the reminders and posts the change into the meeting thread so nobody has to forward anything.

No. Every plan is a flat monthly price for the whole workspace, so adding the sixth teammate costs exactly the same as adding the second.
