    What does Bramble actually do?
    Bramble sits in the interview with you. It records the call, writes the transcript, and files both against the candidate together with the scorecard each panellist filled in. When the debrief starts, the evidence is already on the table — nobody has to reconstruct what was said three days ago from a page of half-legible notes.
    How do I reach support?
    Every plan includes email support, and from the Starter plan up you also get a shared channel with an engineer in it. Write to us from inside the app and the thread carries the workspace context, so you rarely have to explain your setup twice. We answer on working days within a few hours.
    How do I compare two candidates?
    Open the role and switch to the compare view. Bramble lines up every scorecard side by side, marks where the panel disagreed and links each score straight back to the minute of the recording it came from. You can read the disagreement instead of arguing about it.
    Can I export my data?
    Yes, all of it, at any time. Recordings, transcripts, scorecards and comments export as plain files plus a JSON manifest, and the export runs without asking us for permission. If you leave, you leave with everything you put in.
    Do you work outside my country?
    We do. Bramble is available everywhere we can lawfully store recordings, and you choose the region your workspace lives in when you create it. Regional retention rules, consent prompts and languages are configured per workspace rather than globally.
    How do I track an open role?
    Each role gets a pipeline with a stage per interview round. Bramble nudges the panel when a scorecard is late, flags candidates who have been waiting too long and shows you the median time each stage is taking, so a stalled role is obvious before a candidate gives up on you.
